About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive IT Recruitment Intern to join our team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of tech recruitment and work in a dynamic, remote-first environment. You will support the full
recruitment cycle and collaborate closely with our recruiters and hiring managers.

Daily Responsibilities
Source potential IT candidates through various platforms
Schedule, coordinate, and lead candidate interviews
Manage and update candidate data in our ATS
Communicate with candidates and team members via Zoom, Slack, and WhatsApp
Business
Assist with general recruitment and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
English level: B2 or B2+ (written and spoken)
Excellent soft skills: strong communication, adaptability, time management Advanced student or graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
Administration
High motivation and interest in the IT and recruitment field
