Our partner is a leader in performance-based mobile app marketing, partnering globally to deliver premium users at scale. They operate a fully remote, international team and focus on innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous product improvement.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Player Experience team. This role sits at the intersection of research, product strategy, marketing, and execution, and will have ownership over key initiatives from discovery through delivery and performance tracking.

A major focus of this role will be modernizing and optimizing existing ad units (such as Offerwall-style products) and helping design new ad units to better support a diverse publisher ecosystem. You will explore opportunities to improve efficiency, unlock new revenue streams, and differentiate the product in a competitive and fast-evolving market.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives working with data, collaborating across teams, and turning insights into impactful product decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap related to player/user experience

  • Lead discovery and research efforts to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and product improvements

  • Translate business goals, market insights, and performance data into clear priorities and timelines

  • Create clear pre-development roadmaps that reduce ambiguity before engineering execution

  • Oversee product and feature launches, ensuring smooth delivery and adoption

  • Define and track success metrics, focusing on impact to core business KPIs

  • Partner closely with Marketing and Business Development to support go-to-market efforts and product positioning

  • Act as a connector across teams, ensuring alignment and strong collaboration

  • Contribute to company-level goals and KPI definition

  • Support the integration of AI-driven tools and solutions across products and internal workflows

  • Help evolve product practices, mindset, and processes to keep teams adaptive and effective

Experience & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Strategy

  • Strong B2C product experience, preferably in adtech, performance marketing, or mobile ecosystems

  • Solid analytical skills, including data analysis, experimentation (A/B testing), and decision-making frameworks

  • Experience planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new features or products

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and best practices

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and business teams

  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI tools and applied AI use cases in product, analytics, or operations
