Our partner is a leader in performance-based mobile app marketing, partnering globally to deliver premium users at scale. They operate as a fully remote organization with distributed teams across the US, LATAM, and other regions, and are focused on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and continuous product optimization.
About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Player Experience team. This role will play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights that guide product decisions, optimize Offerwall-style ad units, and improve the end-user journey.
You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define success metrics, design experiments, and identify growth opportunities through rigorous analysis. A strong focus of this role is supporting the modernization and optimization of advertising products through A/B testing, performance measurement, and hypothesis validation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical analysis with business context and collaborating cross-functionally to influence real product outcomes.
Responsibilities

Design and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate the impact of product initiatives on core KPIs

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design, run, and analyze A/B tests

Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering product performance, engagement, and conversion metrics

Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities

Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine KPIs aligned with business objectives

Support and improve data pipelines and analytical infrastructure to enhance data quality and accessibility

Contribute to the adoption of AI-driven analytics tools to improve efficiency and insight generation

Stay up to date with trends in mobile advertising, rewarded engagement, and analytics best practices

Work within a data mesh-style environment, going beyond reporting to actively support product problem-solving
Experience & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, or similar)

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or QuickSight

Solid understanding of A/B testing and basic statistical analysis

Experience using Python (or R) for data analysis

Familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g., DBT, Airflow, or similar)

Understanding of performance marketing KPIs is a strong plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills, able to translate data insights into business narratives

Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
