Job Summary
Join an innovative and fast-paced engineering team as a Senior Fullstack Developer, where you'll lead the charge in building robust, scalable applications using cutting-edge technologies. Tackle exciting challenges across the stack, influence architecture, and mentor fellow engineers.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead development of full-stack features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Design and implement GraphQL APIs and integrate RESTful services.
• Build responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components.
• Manage data modeling and operations using PostgreSQL.
• Ensure code quality with unit/integration testing and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
• Optimize performance and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and document solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and promote team collaboration.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 7+ years of experience across frontend and backend development.
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS in production environments.
• Proven experience building and integrating with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, testing frameworks, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Experience with event-driven architectures using tools like Kafka.
• Proficient with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Instana, Kibana).
• Solid grasp of functional programming concepts and clean architecture principles.
• Demonstrated focus on accessibility, performance optimization, and responsive design.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
