Our partner is looking for ServiceNow ITAM Engineer to design, build, and optimize asset management solutions in real-world environments. Job Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize ServiceNow ITAM solutions (HAM & SAM) in real-world environments.

• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, including data mapping and Flow Designer.

• Create and enhance advanced ServiceNow scripts (server-side JavaScript, Script Includes).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with procurement systems, ideally SAP Ariba.

• Ensure timely delivery of tasks and active participation in meetings, maintaining strong communication standards.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken).

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM), including real build experience.

• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being on time for meetings is crucial).

• Advanced expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including server-side JavaScript and Script Includes.

• Strong integration skills with REST/SOAP APIs, data mapping, and Flow Designer.

• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with procurement systems, preferably SAP Ariba.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow Procurement and full PO/PR lifecycle workflows.

• Exposure to CMDB, Discovery, and broader ITSM/ITOM ecosystem.

• Familiarity with financial processes, vendor management, and contract structures.

• Comfort with reporting, dashboards, and tools like Power BI.
