 Job Description:


We are seeking an Engineering Operations professional to support our Technology organization across Product, Engineering, and Data. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on improving operational efficiency, leading internal initiatives, and driving scalable processes that help technical teams operate more effectively.

You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn strategic ideas into structured plans, implement operational improvements, and coordinate initiatives that enhance collaboration, visibility, and execution across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own recurring operational processes across the Technology organization.
  • Lead cross-functional operational initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Design and improve internal workflows, documentation, and playbooks.
  • Coordinate projects across Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Track operational metrics, team health, and project progress.
  • Support review and performance processes by organizing operational inputs.
  • Identify process improvements and drive adoption across teams.
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and standardized procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency and scalability.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Engineering Operations, Product Operations, Program/Project Management, or Technical Operations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional operational projects from planning to delivery.
  • Strong systems thinking and process improvement skills.
  • Experience working with Product, Engineering, or Data teams.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience using project management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, Asana, Notion, Confluence).
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and coordinate technical initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Technical or engineering background.
  • Basic SQL, scripting, or no-code/low-code automation experience.
  • Experience supporting software engineering, product, or data organizations.
  • Experience designing onboarding programs or internal enablement content.
  • Experience building dashboards and operational KPIs.
  • Experience in remote or distributed organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity and workflow automation tools.
