Functional Analyst

Draft and translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation;

Help the digital transformation of the clients by transitioning processes from spreadsheets to integrated technology solutions, including

Salesforce, enterprise tools, e-commerce platforms, and a B2B engine;

Configure ERP systems according to business needs;

Support initial testing phases to ensure system functionality and data integrity;

Participate in data migration processes, provide go-live support, and ensure smooth system adoption;

Utilize tools such as Trello and Confluence for task management and documentation;

Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, orTOTVS is highly desirable;

Advanced English;

Work with Office 365 tools for communication and collaboration
