Own reliability, scalability, and incident management for a live production SaaS platform.

Oversee CI/CD, release operations, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.

Manage third-party vendors.

Scale the platform to support the growing number of clients.

QA & Quality Ownership

Set and enforce quality and test-coverage standards across the org.

Own QA strategy with the QA Team Lead reporting directly.

Lead root-cause analysis processes and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Maintain quality standards under delivery pressure.

AI-Native Transformation

Lead the adoption of AI tooling across the SDLC as a top company priority.

Select internal AI tools, define usage standards, and drive team adoption.

Drive meaningfully faster delivery cycles without sacrificing quality.
