Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team and foster a culture of quality across all aspects of our product. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining QA processes that ensure the highest standards of quality across our entire product, including design, marketing, product requirements, and development. You will build and lead a QA team to ensure the best quality is met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA processes that integrate seamlessly with all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained across the board.
- Design, plan, and oversee test cases and scripts, including both manual and automated testing, ensuring thorough coverage and effectiveness.
- Manage and hire QA resources to meet testing needs across multiple projects, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor all stages of product development to identify system malfunctions and areas for quality improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance QA processes and ensure effective integration with all activities.
- Provide comprehensive QA reports and insights detailing system performance and testing outcomes.
- Lead issue resolution efforts to ensure high product quality.
- Mentor and train team members in best QA practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Maintain visibility across all customer funnels from acquisition to retention to ensure we meet the desired quality at all stages.
- Establish QA processes to ensure not only functional quality but also seamless usability and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 4 years in a QA management or team lead role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage QA teams and coordinate resources across multiple projects and geographies.
- Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Experience in managing QA resources on a strategic level beyond the technical implementation.
- A proven track record in SaaS products is a must.
