Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Lead with telesales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling payroll software as a service (SaaS) to small businesses in the US. As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential small business clients in the US.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our payroll software to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand the unique needs of small businesses and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure they are set up successfully with our payroll software.
  • Develop and implement internal sales and onboarding processes.
  • Create a comprehensive knowledge base to assist customers in onboarding and using various parts of the payroll software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Sales Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, specifically in selling payroll software as a service (SaaS) to small businesses in the US.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, software, and compliance requirements for small businesses.
  • Excellent persuasive skills.
  • High communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Process Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to create and manage a knowledge base for customer support.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
