Position Overview

Our client is a boutique wealth management firm in Dallas, TX. They are seeking a high-caliber Financial Advisor with the presence, polish, and ambition to step into a true growth seat. This role is designed for an advisor who will initially operate as a key partner to a senior lead advisor, while being actively developed and positioned to transition into a Lead Advisor role running their own pod.

This is a high-visibility, high-upside opportunity for someone who doesn't view themselves as a long-term #2, but rather as a future #1— who naturally earns trust, commands a room, and is motivated to build and lead.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Leadership

  • Serve as a primary point of contact alongside a senior advisor for high-net-worth client relationships

  • Lead portions of client meetings, with a clear trajectory toward full ownership

  • Build deep, trusted relationships through proactive communication and follow-through

Financial Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans across retirement, tax, estate, and investments

  • Utilize eMoney for planning and client deliverables

  • Leverage Holistiplan for advanced tax analysis and planning strategies

  • Partner on portfolio strategy and investment implementation

  • Clearly articulate complex strategies in a way that resonates with clients

Growth & Business Development

  • Demonstrate strong relationship-building instincts and a natural ability to generate opportunities

  • Participate in and gradually lead new client acquisition efforts

  • Contribute to the long-term growth of your future client pod

Execution & Collaboration

  • Ensure a high standard of client experience and operational execution

  • Work closely with internal teams and custodial partners (including experience with LPL preferred)

  • Maintain exceptional organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

  • CFP® designation (required)

  • Series 7 and 66 licenses (required)

  • 5+ years of wealth management experience in a client-facing advisory role

  • Experience in a planning-centric, relationship-driven environment

  • Proficiency with eMoney and Holistiplan

  • Experience working within or alongside LPL platform strongly preferred
