Job Description:
Responsibilities Include:
-Gather financial planning data and assist in plan production for acquired clients.
-Conduct client meetings (reviews and deliverables) with all clients to generate NB implementation per client service policy.
-Conduct quarterly calls to all assigned clients and document them in call log.
-Document meeting notes and follow-ups and assign tasks in SalesForce.
-Complete trading and execution of client-agreed-upon requests on a timely basis and plan implementation.
-Participate in training and growth of the practice through mentoring and demonstrating in client meetings.
-Internal/external practice acquisition opportunities and onboarding.
-Participate in new client acquisition and generate new leads for the firm.
Requirements:
-Bachelors Degree required
-CFP Preferred but not required
-Series 7, 66, SIE licensing
-2-3 years of financial planning and client-facing experience
-Experience leading client meetings and meeting with prospects
-Growth-oriented, team player, and fast-paced learner
-Excellent organization and time management skills
