The Client Service Associate plays a key role in supporting Financial Advisors and Financial Planners by delivering exceptional client service and operational support. This position is responsible for assisting with client relationship management, including onboarding, account maintenance, service requests, and administrative processes. Working closely with Advisors and Planners, the Client Service Associate helps ensure a seamless client experience while supporting the delivery of comprehensive wealth management and financial planning.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Provide proactive administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors and Financial Planners.
Coordinate and manage client onboarding activities, including account opening, transfers, and maintenance requests.
Prepare, process, and track client paperwork for investment, insurance, and planning-related services.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Follow up on action items resulting from prospect and client meetings to ensure completion and accuracy.
Assist Advisors and Planners in gathering and organizing client information to support comprehensive financial planning recommendations.
Monitor account activity and service requests to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
Anticipate team needs, identify opportunities to improve workflows, and proactively address operational requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with internal team members to support ongoing client relationships and deliver a high level of service.

Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Florida Life/Health license preferred.
Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 licenses required
Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investment products, and industry terminology.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service, operations, or support role within a wealth management or financial advisory firm.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail and client focus.
