Our client is an independent financial planning firm seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Associate to join our team. This individual will be crucial in supporting financial advisors and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
  • Prepare and process client paperwork, forms, and account applications.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the firm's CRM system.
  • Assist with scheduling client meetings and preparing meeting materials.
  • Coordinate account transfers, contributions, and withdrawals.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding client requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with financial advisors to support client relationship management.
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Support special projects and initiatives to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in client service roles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
