This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Ames, IA. The Service Advisor role is a client-facing advisor role that gives you exposure to client meetings in the financial management industry. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring a seamless client experience by ensuring client needs are well documented and that operational follow-through enables an excellent client experience.
In this role, your responsibilities include:
- Interacting with clients in financial meetings in-person, over zoom, and over email
- Owning a seamless client experience by note taking and debriefs post-meeting
- Maintaining proper work-flow through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process
- Creation of financial plans with support of a Lead or Private Wealth Advisor
- Meeting Preparation Review
- Secondary relationship manager for clients

- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Life & Health license required in first 6 months
- 63 & 7 required in first year
