Wealth Management Client Associate
Job Description:
Our firm is a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) managing over $1 billion in client assets. We deliver customized financial planning and investment management to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
They are seeking a Wealth Management Client Associate to support client onboarding, investment implementation, and ongoing service coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience. This role offers collaboration with advisors and operations staff in a sophisticated, high-touch environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Manage the full onboarding process through Schwab and Fidelity, including LPOA forms, ACATs, TOAs, and account opening documentation.
- Oversee iCapital submissions, DocuSign envelopes, funding timelines, and follow-up for alternative investment subscriptions.
- Assign and update models within Orion, confirm trade execution, and assist with rebalancing workflows.
- Coordinate cash movements for billing, rebalancing, and model updates.
- Track custodial transitions and maintain visibility into alternative assets held across Schwab/Fidelity.
Proposal Preparation & Advisor Support
- Gather statements and organize Box folders with consistent naming conventions.
- Build eMoney profiles and assist with preliminary financial plans and analyses.
- Prepare polished PowerPoint review decks, proposal materials, and recommendation slides.
- Coordinate transition analyses with Parametric, exchange funds, and work with the Investment Policy Committee (IPC) for oversight.
- Partner with advisors to ensure all deliverables are accurate, compliant, and meeting presentation standards.
Ongoing Client Service & Administrative Coordination
- Execute account maintenance tasks, including journaling positions, cashiering, and raising cash for billing.
- Track and reconcile DocuSign completions; follow up with clients on outstanding requirements.
- Manage post-meeting follow-ups, including portfolio review tasks, eMoney updates, and deck revisions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support compliance-related documentation.
- Serve as an operational point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in a client service or operations role within a wealth management firm, RIA, or wirehouse.
- Experience with Schwab and Fidelity custodial platforms required. Knowledge of Orion, eMoney, DocuSign, and iCapital is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills; comfortable working with high-net-worth clients.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy.

- Base salary (commensurate with experience), plus bonus potential
