Position Overview

Our client is a boutique wealth management firm located in Fort Worth, TX. They are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our growing team. This role consists of servicing existing client relationships while contributing to business development efforts. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional who excels at delivering comprehensive financial advice and identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement and grow assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary advisor on client relationships, delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice
  • Conduct client meetings, including annual reviews, financial plan updates, and ongoing portfolio discussions
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and high-touch service
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Prepare and review financial plans using eMoney, including retirement, tax, estate, and insurance planning components
  • Oversee portfolio implementation and ensure alignment with client goals and risk tolerance
  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM and planning systems
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships through additional planning services or asset consolidation
  • Participate in business development efforts, including referrals, networking, and prospect meetings
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including data gathering, account setup, and transition of assets
  • Stay current on market trends, investment strategies, and planning techniques to enhance client advice
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and firm policies

Qualifications & Requirements

Certifications/Licenses:

  • CFP® designation required
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
  • Life & Health insurance license preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of client-facing experience within a wealth management or RIA environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships
