Our client is seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President, Wealth Advisory to lead complex client relationships, drive business expansion, and shape the firm's advisory strategy. This individual will play a critical leadership role in delivering sophisticated wealth solutions, deepening client partnerships, and contributing to the continued growth and evolution of the firm. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of business development, exceptional relationship management capabilities, and the ability to lead both clients and internal teams with credibility and insight.

Responsibilities
- Lead and serve as the primary advisor for high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices, providing comprehensive, strategic wealth management guidance.
- Drive new business generation through proactive relationship development, leveraging an established network, and identifying new market opportunities aligned with firm growth objectives.
- Oversee the design and execution of sophisticated investment strategies and integrated financial plans addressing complex client needs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to advisory team members, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture grounded in collaboration and accountability.
- Champion an elevated client experience by anticipating needs, proactively delivering value, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
- Partner with firm leadership on strategic initiatives, including enhancing the advisory platform, improving scalability, and driving operational excellence.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration on complex client engagements and firm-wide initiatives to increase efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee the full client lifecycle, including prospecting, onboarding, relationship management, and multi-generational wealth planning.
- Leverage advanced financial technology, data insights, and reporting tools to optimize decision-making and enhance client outcomes.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with external partners—including custodians, tax advisors, and estate professionals—while remaining informed on industry developments and emerging strategies.
Qualifications
- Relevant certifications including Series 65, CFP, CFA, CPA, or advanced degree (MBA, JD).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related financial services, with demonstrated leadership and client ownership.
- Proven success in originating and managing high-value client relationships and contributing to business growth.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to engage sophisticated clients and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with experience contributing to firm-level decision-making and initiatives.
- Advanced project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
- Deep expertise in financial planning, investment strategy, and structuring solutions for high-net-worth clients.
- Proficiency in financial technology platforms including CRM, custodial, and portfolio management systems (Salesforce, Schwab, Fidelity).
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $150K-$250K
