Position Title:

Director of Accounting

Location:

Sacramento, Ca (Hybrid: 3 Days in office/2 Days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct the daily functions of the accounting and finance departments.

• Expertly analyze balance sheets, journal entries, accruals and deferrals accounts.

• Manage month-end close processes, coordinating multi-departmental deadlines.

• Manages monthly bank reconciliations, including investigations and resolutions of unreconcilable differences.

• Assist CFO with year-end preparation for auditors, budgeting and budget revisions.

• Responsible for the General Ledger and its systems.

• Responsible for managing and maintaining fixed asset and depreciation information.

• Resposible for prepartion of financial statements.

• FP&A responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• CPA preferred but not required,

• Public accounting experience preferred but not required.

• Advanced proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP accounting systems.

• 5+ years exp, plus 4 years management exp.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $147,000
