Position Title:

Accounting Supervisor

Location:

Sacramento, Ca (Hybrid: 3 Days in office/2 Days remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of the Accounts Payable/Receivable departments.

• Oversight and management of customer invoicing and billings processes.

• Act as the primary senior accountant.

• Prepare and post Journal Entries.

• Perform complex bank reconciliations.

• Lead Month End Close processes.

• Maintain compliance with GAAP accounting standards and internal controls, recommending improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Public accounting experience preferred but not required (audit or assurance).

• Advanced proficiency with Excel and familiarity with ERP accounting systems.

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $100,000
