About the role:

  • Daily checking of Ticketing system and responding for reaching SLA.
  • Conduct troubleshooting root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive measures during and after each incident.
  • Write incident reports
  • Do periodic monitoring of the dashboard related to the product.
  • Do monitoring of production alerts.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product team to find appropriate solutions
  • Debugging related to web application

About You :

  • Strong sense of debugging and troubleshooting issues out of your mind is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
  • Thorough understanding of the Agile development process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for learning.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Available to respond and handle after hour issues.
  • Proficient in the use of JIRA for managing ticketing.
  • Knowledge in any programming language is a plus
