About the job Product Support
About the role:
- Daily checking of Ticketing system and responding for reaching SLA.
- Conduct troubleshooting root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive measures during and after each incident.
- Write incident reports
- Do periodic monitoring of the dashboard related to the product.
- Do monitoring of production alerts.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product team to find appropriate solutions
- Debugging related to web application
About You :
- Strong sense of debugging and troubleshooting issues out of your mind is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Thorough understanding of the Agile development process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for learning.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Available to respond and handle after hour issues.
- Proficient in the use of JIRA for managing ticketing.
- Knowledge in any programming language is a plus
