UX Researcher Ops

Responsibilities:

• Conducting UX research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research studies.
• Utilizing survey tools like Typeform to design and distribute surveys to users.
• Analyzing quantitative data carefully to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can support product development.
• Collaborating with design, development, and product management teams to interpret research findings and generate relevant recommendations.
• Assisting in the development of user personas, user journeys, and user testing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UX Research field.
• Strong understanding of UX research processes, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other team members.
• Proficient in using various survey tools, such as Typeform.
• Strong quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to translate data into valuable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate research findings clearly and effectively.
• Creative, innovative, and interested in user experience.
