UX Writer

About the job:

• Hands-on in the end-to-end product writing process (from empathizing towards users problems, ideation, writing on mockup provided by designers, and documenting it)
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Engineer, and other related stakeholders to define and implement innovative features for the product
• Proactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure writing drafts are meeting the intended project goal
• Effectively deliver writing documentation in a well-defined scope

About you:

• Mininum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a related field
• Strong proficiency in writing with extensive and demonstrated expertise in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
• Deep empathy and interest in keeping your customers point of view in the forefront, constantly bringing questions back to what will serve them best
• Excellent organizational and collaboration skills to manage copywriting documentations
• Ability to solve problems creatively
