Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

Develop, implement, and refine strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets.

Formulate and execute innovative sales and incentive programs to enhance broker participation and performance.

Broker Recruitment & Sales Team Leadership

Recruit and onboard real estate brokers to strengthen the company’s sales network.

Manage and oversee Broker Sales Managers and their accredited brokers, ensuring performance targets are met.

Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development to the broker sales team.

Organize and lead regular sales meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities for brokers.

Broker Engagement & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, real estate agencies, and key stakeholders.

Foster a high-performance sales culture by ensuring brokers receive the necessary support, motivation, and incentives.

Address broker concerns and provide timely solutions to enhance broker satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations & Business Development

Manage broker sales transactions, ensuring smooth processing of client requirements.

Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new broker partnerships and strategic alliances.

Take charge in promoting, marketing, and selling assigned projects, ensuring maximum visibility and market penetration.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

Analyze sales performance metrics, broker productivity, and market trends to generate data-driven insights.

Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to senior management, including revenue performance, conversion rates, and broker contributions.

Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic recommendations to stay ahead in the market.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

Work closely with marketing, product development, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Provide feedback to marketing on market trends, broker needs, and customer preferences to refine promotional efforts.

Industry Knowledge & Market Adaptation

Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions, customer demands, and economic factors.

Process Improvement & Compliance

Ensure brokers adhere to company policies, pricing structures, and compliance requirements.

Continuously evaluate and refine broker management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
