Sales Director - Cebu

Filinvest Land Inc., a leading and trusted developer in the Philippines, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Cebu City!

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building and managing high-performing sales teams (both internal and broker networks), and achieving ambitious sales targets for Filinvest Land's diverse portfolio in Cebu. You will play a crucial role in shaping our market presence and driving our continued success in this key region.

We are seeking a strategic and influential leader who will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and operational plans for Filinvest Land's projects in Cebu City
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the In-house sales organization
• Drive sales performance through effective planning, coaching, and performance management.
• Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and develop strategies to ensure their attainment.
• Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, project development, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Represent Filinvest Land at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Cebu.
• Expand Filinvest Land's market share and brand presence in Cebu.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Real Estate Management or any 4-year course
• With more than 5years of Real Estate Sales experience
• Minimum of 3 years solid managerial experience
• With a ready team of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants upon joining
• Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
