Job Summary

Responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure to ensure stable and secure connectivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain network connections across offices, facilities, and branch sites. 
  • Troubleshoot network-related issues involving:
    • LAN (Local Area Network)
    • WAN (Wide Area Network)
    • Wi-Fi
    • VPN connectivity
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and activation of:
    • Routers
    • Switches
    • Access Points (APs)
  • Support network refresh and infrastructure upgrade projects. 
  • Perform Wi-Fi surveys, coverage assessments, and testing. 
  • Coordinate with ISP vendors and service providers for:
    • Link installations
    • Circuit upgrades
    • Network issue resolution
    • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
    • Prepare reports on network performance, incidents, and maintenance activities. 
    • Provide network support during audits, projects, and special events.

    • Technical Competencies and Skills

    TCP/IP Networking, Routing and Switching, Wireless Networking

    Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

    Data Network Related Education, LAN/WAN Fundamentals, Data Center Operations
