Job Summary

Basically, the Asset Management Specialist keeps track of the Rawland database. Supports the Business Planning Officer to maximize the use of these assets by tracking the status of all acquired raw land to maximize its use. Shall also handle Real Property Tax (RPT) payments for raw land.

Duties and Responsibilities

RAWLAND INVENTORY (Database) 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Keeps track of raw land database. 

  • Shall be responsible in updating information via the Rawland Management System (RLMS) Frebas Gen Z. 

  • Coordinates with Business Planning Officer to maximize raw land use (for development, for turnover to Project, for disposal/sale/lease to generate income. 

  • Prepare memos and secure management approval. 

 

 

ASSET MANAGEMENT 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Coordinates with Business Planning Officer to maximize raw land use (for title/tax dec transfer, for development, for turnover to Project, for disposal/sale/lease) to generate income. 

  • Prepares and update Rawland Map and Rawland Inventory for Sale (San Rafael, Don Enrique, Tanza, Tanauan). 

  • Shall handle completion of documentary requirements with claims (DPWH, DOTr, NGCP). 

  • Other proposals – Lease, Right of Way 

  • Coordinates with Technical Support team to check status on site. 

 

REAL PROPERTY TAX PAYMENTS FOR RAWLAND 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Keeps tract on Real Property Tax Payments to avoid penalties and maximize discounts. 

  • Coordinates with other teams / departments in securing assessments and budget.

Strong analysis, data processing skills and interpersonal communication skills. High sense of organization, strong Prioritization skills Can work under pressure, aptitude for large data manipulation, comfortable with numbers People-person, ability to anticipate the needs of different departments and third-party personnel, Willing to accept other tasks as needed

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Graduate of Four-year Business Course, Preferably with experience or background/knowledge in title registration process and/or project development (sales, leasing). Knowledgeable in Google Earth
