The Head of Organization Development (OD) will lead the design and execution of group-wide OD strategies that strengthen leadership, culture, structure, and capability across Filinvest'S diverse businesses.

This role is both strategic and hands-on—driving enterprise-level transformation while ensuring practical adoption at business-unit level. The OD Head partners closely with Group HR, business CEOs, and senior leaders to build a future-ready organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organization Design & Structure

  • Lead organization design and restructuring initiatives aligned with business strategy.

  • Review and optimize reporting lines, spans of control, and role clarity across units.

  • Support mergers, integrations, expansions, and new business models through OD frameworks.

  • Ensure organization structures enable speed, accountability, and scalability.

2. Culture & Change Management

  • Champion Filinvest's desired culture across all business units.

  • Design and execute culture transformation programs.

  • Lead enterprise change initiatives (digital, process, leadership, structure).

  • Build change capability among leaders and HR partners.

3. Performance & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Diagnose organizational issues using data, interviews, and diagnostics.

  • Improve ways of working, collaboration, and decision-making effectiveness.

  • Design interventions to improve productivity, engagement, and accountability.

  • Lead enterprise OD metrics and effectiveness dashboards.

4. OD Governance & Frameworks

  • Establish OD methodologies, tools, and standards across the group.

  • Build OD capability within HR and selected business leaders.

  • Serve as the center of excellence for OD, change, and culture.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • Masters degree in OD, HR, Business, or Leadership is a strong advantage.

Experience

  • At least 12–15 years of experience in HR or OD roles.

  • Minimum 5–7 years in a senior OD, transformation, or HR leadership role.

  • Strong experience in:

    • Organization design and restructuring

    • Change management and transformation

    • Culture and leadership development

  • Experience in conglomerates, multi-business groups, or complex organizations is highly preferred.
