JOB SUMMARY
The Paid Media & Social Media Manager is responsible for managing Filinvest's paid media initiatives and overseeing organic social media operations to drive efficient and scalable demand generation, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable business outcomes across Filinvest businesses. This role translates the Digital Marketing Head's strategy into paid media and social media execution plans, leading the planning, coordination, quality assurance, and performance management of campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, retargeting, and enterprise social media platforms to achieve agreed performance targets, including CPL, CPV, CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement, audience growth, and lead generation.
The Manager leads the day-to-day management of paid media and social media operations by coordinating campaign requirements, media plans, budgets, audience strategies, creative assets, approvals, timelines, and deliverables while overseeing the work of the Paid Media Specialist and Social Media Specialist. The role reviews campaign readiness, monitors campaign performance, evaluates optimization opportunities, and ensures paid and organic social media activities work together to maximize content amplification, audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign effectiveness.
The Paid Media & Social Media Manager partners closely with Brand & Customer Experience, Corporate Communications, CRM, Web & SEO, Customer Insights, agencies, and Business Units to support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives and provide practical recommendations based on campaign and platform performance. The role maintains operational excellence across paid media and social media activities, ensures compliance with established governance standards, escalates significant brand or reputational matters to the appropriate stakeholders, and balances creativity with discipline, narrative storytelling with data-driven optimization, to maximize marketing performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Paid Media Planning & Management
- Translate the Digital Marketing Head's paid media strategy into annual, quarterly, and campaign-level execution plans.
- Develop media plans, budget allocations, audience strategies, and campaign priorities aligned with approved Business Unit marketing objectives.
- Review and approve campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, creative assets, tracking implementation, and landing page readiness prior to campaign launch.
- Monitor media investments and ensure campaigns are executed in accordance with approved budgets, governance standards, and platform best practices.
2. Paid Media & Social Media Operations
- Manage the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns while overseeing the operational management of organic social media activities.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, content requirements, creative assets, approvals, and deliverables with Brand & Customer Experience, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure paid and organic social media activities are aligned to maximize content amplification, audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign learning.
- Review campaign execution to ensure activities are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with approved campaign objectives.
3. Performance Management & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs including CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Review campaign reports and platform insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Evaluate optimization recommendations from the Paid Media Specialist and Social Media Specialist and approve tactical adjustments where appropriate.
- Prepare campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations for the Digital Marketing Head and Business Units.
4. Social Media Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day management of enterprise social media platforms, ensuring compliance with approved governance standards and platform best practices.
- Review community management activities to ensure customer interactions, moderation, and responses comply with established guidelines.
- Coordinate with CRM, Customer Care, Sales, Brand & Customer Experience, and Corporate Communications regarding customer inquiries requiring cross-functional support.
- Escalate sensitive customer concerns, reputational risks, or crisis situations to the appropriate stakeholders.
5. Budget & Campaign Quality Management
- Manage campaign budgets, media pacing, and spending efficiency across assigned Business Units.
- Review campaign configuration, creative assets, tracking implementation, and landing pages prior to deployment.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure campaign accuracy, platform compliance, and reporting integrity.
- Recommend budget reallocations and campaign adjustments based on campaign performance and approved business priorities.
6. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate campaign requirements, approvals, timelines, and deliverables with Brand & Customer Experience, CRM, Web & SEO, Customer Insights, agencies, and Business Units.
- Support Business Units through the execution of paid media and social media campaigns aligned with approved marketing objectives.
- Participate in campaign planning sessions, performance reviews, and cross-functional coordination meetings.
- Ensure campaign dependencies are identified and resolved to support successful campaign delivery.
7. Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead, coach, and supervise the Paid Media Specialist and Social Media Specialist.
- Assign work priorities, review deliverables, and monitor team performance against agreed objectives and service levels.
- Provide coaching on campaign planning, execution, reporting, optimization, and platform best practices.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and performance-driven team culture focused on operational excellence.
8. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor emerging advertising platforms, social media capabilities, and industry trends relevant to campaign execution.
- Review campaign learnings and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Recommend improvements to campaign workflows, quality assurance processes, and team productivity.
- Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of digital marketing best practices across the team.
ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, IT, or related field.
- 5–8 years experience in digital marketing with strong focus on performance media, and community management.
- Hands-on expertise in: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, CRM/retargeting tools
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong background in content strategy, storytelling, and digital communication
- Experience leading a team of specialists.
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience handling brand pages with 100k+ followers preferred
