About the job Corporate Service Specialist
The Corporate Services Specialist provides High level administrative support to multiple executives, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, operational, and adminstrative tasks. A key function of this role includes managing corporate travel arrangements across the organization and acting as liaison with corporate admin services on behalf the business units.
Key Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Proactively management calendar of team, ensuring optimal time allocation for meetings, strategic planning, and other commitments, Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them promptly.
- Support preparation and review of documents and material necessar
Communication and Coordinations
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquires, resolving issues or escalating them appropriately to maintain executive availability
- Maintain a structured system for tracking deliverables, deadlines, and follow ups, providing regular status updates to executives.
Administrative Operation
- Oversee daily office operations, including workspace organizations, equipments, maintenance, and vendor coordinations, to ensure a productive environments
- monitor office and administrative supplies, inventory levels and process request as necessary
Travel Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel for executibes and staffs, including flights, accomdations and ground transportaion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office management, or related field
- Minimum 5yrs of experience in Executive or admin support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and calendar management tools
- Willing to be assigned in Taguig Office
