Project Management and Services Assistant is responsible for overseeing and monitoring all buy-out items for hotel projects, ensuring that buy-outs items and other project-related procurements are sourced, delivered, installed, and documented in accordance with approved specifications, budgets, and timelines.

  • Assist in monitoring approved project budgets related to buy-out items and ensure expenditures remain within authorized limits.
  • Track procurement status from purchase request, purchase order issuance to delivery, installation, and acceptance.
  • Flag potential delays, discrepancies, or cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare regular status reports on buy-out progress, issues, and resolutions for management.
  • Prepare regular budget status reports highlighting variances, savings, forecasted overruns, and required management actions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for all budget-related transactions, in compliance with company policies and controls.
  • Support smooth handover to Operations, ensuring all buy-out items are operational and properly documented.
  • Recommend improvements to buy-out tracking systems, workflows, and supplier coordination processes.
  • Performs other duties asigned by head. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College graduate
  • With similar work experience for atleast 3-5 years
  • Proficient with Microsoft 
  • Good communications
  • Can start immediately
  • Amenable to work onsite at Muntinlupa
