- Knowledge in Room Blockings and PMS Handling
- Knowledge in navigating Microsoft Suites
Job Overview:
- Ensures that all front office team members receive adequate training in all Front Desk Policies and Procedures. Ensures smooth operations on all arriving and departing rooms including blockings, clearings, possible upgrades.
