Job Summary

The External Account Associate provides sales and account support for existing external customers by coordinating client requirements, assisting in renewals and upsell activities, and ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and internal alignment to support customer retention and service continuity.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support assigned existing external accounts through day‑to‑day client coordination and service follow‑ups.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, renewals, and related sales documents under the guidance of the immediate superior.
Coordinate service requests and issues with internal teams (Vendor Management, Infrastructure, Applications, Support) and ensure proper escalation.
Maintain accurate account records, contracts, trackers, and CRM updates.
Prepare and submit regular account status reports and required documentation.
Observe company policies, governance standards, and professional communication practices.
Perform other related tasks as assigned in support of business objectives.

Technical Competencies and Skills

 Basic knowledge of IT products and services (internet connectivity, data center co location, and related offerings  Ability to prepare and review quotations, proposals, renewals, and sales support documents accurately  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation, tracking, and reporting  Experience in updating and maintaining CRM systems, account trackers

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

 Graduate of a 4-year course in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field  At least 1–2 years’ experience in account management, sales support
