What You'll Do

Drive Revenue & Profitability

  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets for Rooms, F&B, and other revenue streams
  • Execute strategic sales action plans aligned with overall hotel objectives
  • Identify high-profit opportunities and maximize account potential
  • Accurately forecast room blocks and segment allocations
  • Monitor account production and implement action plans for growth
  • Analyze competitor performance and market trends to stay ahead

Build Strong Client Relationships

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Proactively source new business and nurture long-term client loyalty
  • Ensure seamless handling of bookings, contracts, site inspections, and coordination
  • Oversee guest experience during hotel stays
  • Address concerns promptly and provide effective solutions

Internal Collaboration & Brand Excellence

  • Coordinate closely with hotel departments to ensure service excellence
  • Uphold and promote the Crimson luxury brand image
  • Maintain accurate sales databases, reports, and account histories
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelors Degree in any field

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel environment

  • Currently employed in a luxury hotel brand (preferred)

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Relationship-driven with strong communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to multi-task

  • Willing to work on-site in Ortigas
