JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Financing Team Lead of Admin is responsible for managing the overall administrative functions of the Customer Financing Department. This entails supervising the daily activities of the Admin Team that ensures that all tasks are accomplished within standard turnaround time.
The lead is also involved in guiding and mentoring staff in providing administrative support to the Frontline Teams, particularly in the preparation and timely submission of bank loan applications and the review of Letters of Guarantee.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
- Monitors the daily productivity of the Admin Team to ensure service levels and key objectives including agreed production timelines are being met.
- Provides supervision and conducts briefing and training for the Admin staff of Customer Financing-Agents to ensure consistent delivery of quality performance.
- Monitors and maintains the operational performance of the Admin Team by providing necessary guidance and assistance to uphold agreed customer service standards and productivity of work-related output.
- Prepares activity updates daily and periodic reports for internal use within the unit and for management review.
- Ensures that workflow and departmental interfaces and collaboration with the Customer Financing-Bank lead to improved processes and resolves issues encountered.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
- Bachelors Degree in any 4-year course; preferably a graduate of Management, Finance and/or Information Technology, or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory level.

Has at least 3 years of experience in handling employees.
