KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Employee Services Delivery Associate supports the Human Resources team by ensuring smooth delivery of employee-related services across the employee. This role involves assisting with clearance processes and employee movements.

  • Assist in clearance discussions with employees undergoing separation to ensure proper documentation and process adherence.
  • Support the unmapping and system update of separated employees to maintain accurate HR records.
  • Follow up on Performance Appraisal Review (PAR) / Objectives and Key Results (OKR) of employees, particularly those undergoing regularization.
  • Assist in initiating employee movements including changes in supervisor, location, and position within the company.
  • Facilitate both inter-company and intra-company transfers by coordinating necessary documentation and approvals.
  • Prepare accurate and timely Timekeeping Summaries for Final Pay.
  • Prepare and process Request for Payment (RFP) for final paychecks of separated employees.
  • Send email notifications to separated employees regarding the availability of their final paycheck.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS HRDM/BS Psychology
  • With atleast 1 year experience in same field
