Job Summary

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for driving mall occupancy and revenue by sourcing prospective tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and managing tenant relationships. The role involves identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely tenant fit-out and store openings, and monitoring lease compliance. The Leasing Specialist also supports the achievement of leasing targets by maintaining a healthy tenant mix, enhancing the property’s commercial performance, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the leasing process

Duties and Responsibilities

Prospect and secure new tenants to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Conduct market research and identify leasing opportunities.
Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and brokers.
Coordinate with Operations, Technical, Legal, and Marketing teams to facilitate tenant openings.
Monitor lease renewals, expirations, and tenant performance.
Ensure compliance with lease agreements and company policies.
Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Assist in developing strategies to improve tenant mix and maximize rental income.
Represent the company during site inspections, leasing events, and client meetings.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required
