The Digital Experience Business Analyst will support the Digital Experience team in delivering high-quality digital solutions across key operational and guest-facing platforms. This role ensures smooth execution of product enhancements, process improvements, and technology rollouts by bridging business needs with technical implementation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation
    Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    Develop test scenarios, coordinate UAT sessions, track issues, and ensure solutions meet business expectations before deployment.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization
    Evaluate existing processes, identify pain points, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and overall digital experience.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, Procurement, IT, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Issue Tracking & Support
    Monitor system-related issues, assist in prioritizing enhancements, and support the Product Manager in ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Change Management & Rollout Support
    Assist in preparing training materials, release notes, and implementation plans for new features and system updates.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
    Interpret usage data, feedback, and trends to help guide product decisions and improve user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, e-commerce, IT, or related field
  • Experience in business analysis, product support, or project coordination preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage
