He/She is responsible for organizing all activities within the operation with regards to f&B as well as equipment arrangement. 

  • Recommends promotions and assist in implementing new methods of food & beverage service procedures
  • Competent in managing the entire bar operation such as costing and stock ordering
  • Attends departmental meetings and briefings as well as other meeting of importance as required.
  • Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify the F&B / Banquet Supervisor of potential
    dangers
  • Ensure security incidents and accidents are logged.
  • Performs other functions and duties which may be assigned by the immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Associate Diploma or Degree Holder in Hospitality Management or any Management related course
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Can start immediately
  • Amenable to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
