Marketing Support Specialist
About the job Marketing Support Specialist
Job Descriptions:
- Assists in coordinating marketing events, sales activities and training activities
- Proposes advertising strategy and concept design / layout of print ads
- Assist in the deployment, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, web, print)
- Support event planning and execution, including webinars, trade shows and promotional events.
- Manage inventory and distribution of promotional materials and branded merchandise
- Perform administrative task such as organizing files, and processing RFPs, CAs, and liquidation
- Assist in content creation for social media and basic marketing collateral
- Provide general support to Sales and PD to ensure marketing operations are efficient and aligned with strategic goals.
- Assists in corporate and sales initiated activities to help generate leas and sales for assigned projects
- Coordinate, assists and negotiates with third party agencies and suppliers to create effective marketing activities and or special events.
- Ensure that activities and events are well organized and well coordinated
Technical Competencies and Skills:
- Competency in Microsoft office, Photoshop, SAP/eProcurement
- Business Writing and Oral Communication Skills
- Flexible, Creative , Innovative, Collaborative
- Time management
Education, Training and Licenses required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing support, coordinator or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and familiarity with marketing tools such as Photoshop and Canva
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem solver
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
