About the job Assistant Manager for Marketing
Filinvest Hotel: Quest Plus Conference Center Manila
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Marcom, the Marketing Assistant
Manager leads the implementation of hotel and restaurant promotions, establishes strategic
partnerships with complementing brands, and oversees events and programs to promote the
offerings of the hotel. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, guest engagement,
and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies, digital content creation, and
campaign execution. The Assistant Manager will also liaise with concerned departments to
ensure smooth and effective marketing operations.
Restaurant Promotion
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue and foot traffic.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to implement marketing plans and
calendar of promotions. - Create and manage human interest activities and programs to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure timely and effective communication of all hotel and F&B marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Analyze promotional effectiveness and recommend optimizations.
Content Creation and Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage all social media handles in collaboration with the department.
- Develop and oversee content strategy to enhance engagement and reach.
- Plan and implement social media campaigns, contests, and engagement activities to generate revenue.
- Ensure alignment of marketing content with overall brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media analytics, submit month-end reports, and optimize digital strategies accordingly.
Brand Partnership
- Identify, establish, and manage beneficial partnerships to enhance brand positioning.
- Develop and maintain a database of third-party merchants, brands, and event organizers for potential
collaborations. - Strengthen relationships with entertainment groups, production houses, and talent management companies
for event partnerships. - Negotiate and manage brand collaborations to maximize business opportunities
- Liaise with 3rd party apps such as GrabFood, FoodPanda, Piackaroo, Klook, etc.
Administration
- Prepares monthly initiative reports and social analytics reports.
- Maintain up to date database of network contacts.
- Establish and maintain database for email marketing for F&B, hotel promos and events.
- Monitor competitor promotions/offers.
- Maintain documentation of all programs, promotions,
and events. - Monitor budget allocations, track expenses, and process required accounting and administrative
documents for marketing initiatives.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant, F&B, or similar marketing roles
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, with strong platform knowledge
- Highly social media savvy, with the ability to spot trends and translate them into engaging campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, brand partnerships, and promotional activations
- Experience in event coordination and marketing, from planning to execution
- Possesses an established network or database of partners, suppliers, influencers, or industry contacts
- Willing to work on-site in Muntinlupa City
