Job Summary
The Construction Management Associate/Assistant work chiefly on construction projects. They form part of constructionmanagement team and use their skills and expertise to facilitate with the construction execution and ensure the successfulcompletion of a project. He/She frequently liaise with other departments and stake holder on the activities related with theconstructionDuties and Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of Construction Management activities
· Prepares project status and accomplishment report.
· Help prepare cost estimate for budget purposes.
· Help and Evaluates progress billing and accomplishment report.
· Help Coordinates w/ all contractors involved in the project as Owner Representative.
· Monitor all ongoing projects and see to it that plans & specifications has been done as per approved
FLI quality standard.
· Check and evaluates change order claims by the contractors.
· Supervise ongoing construction activities.
· Implement safety & health as per government standard.
· Prepares all materials requisition of site.
· Prepares construction schedules (Bar Chart / S-Curve). Construction schedule, material delivery
schedule, equipment schedule & manpower schedule.
· Prepares minutes of the meeting, memos and other letter regarding construction activities.
· Filing management of construction documents at site.
· Conducts punch listing of defective works subject for rectification prior to final acceptance. 14.
Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
2. Assist in development and improvement of policies and procedures
· Assist the Construction Management Projects Head in the development and improvement of
policies and procedures that lead to effective/efficient implementation of construction
management for projects.
Technical Competencies and Skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) · Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics associated with trade · Well versed in construction procedures and practicesEducation, Trainings and Licenses Required
