Filinvest Hotel: QUEST PLUS CONFERENCE CENTER MANILA (Alibi)
In accordance with the policies, procedures, and service standards of Quest Plus Conference Center Manila, the Waiter/Waitress is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction within Alibi operations. Under the direct supervision of the Outlet Supervisor or Restaurant In-Charge, the role supports smooth day-to-day restaurant operations through efficient table service, proper mise-en-place, and professional guest engagement while maintaining the hotel's service and hygiene standards.
- Report for duty punctually in complete uniform and proper grooming standards, wearing the assigned name badge at all times.
- Prepare and maintain proper mise-en-place and cleanliness of assigned dining areas before, during, and after operations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with established service standards, presentation guidelines, and sequence of service.
- Attend promptly and courteously to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Perform side duties and operational tasks as assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Restaurant In-Charge.
- Maintain effective coordination and professional working relationships with colleagues and other hotel departments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel's products, menu offerings, promotions, and operational procedures.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to hygiene, sanitation, fire safety, health, and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and professionalism at all times.
- Participate in scheduled trainings, briefings, and meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Adapt to operational changes and support departmental requirements based on business demands.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage Services, or any related course is an advantage.
- With at least 1 year of experience in restaurant, café, hotel, or food & beverage service operations.
- Possesses good customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in basic food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
- Presents a pleasing personality with good grooming and a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues.
- Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City.
