Job Summary
Supervise Precast activities on site and/or Precast Plant, while making sure that standards and qualities are maintained at the most cost-effective way possible.Duties and Responsibilities
DESCRIPTION
OF FUNCTIONS
·
Review and
interpret structural and architectural drawings related to precast elements.
·
Coordinate
with design consultants, project engineers, and production teams to finalize
shop drawings and precast details.
·
Provide
technical input on design adjustments to ensure manufacturability and
constructability.
·
Prepare
production schedules, lifting plans, and sequencing for precast fabrication.
·
Ensure that
production activities adhere to approved drawings, specifications, and quality
standards.
·
Monitor
material request, usage and coordinate with procurement and warehouse for
timely availability of required resources.
·
Oversee
inspection and testing of precast components before and after casting.
·
Ensure
compliance with quality assurance procedures, mix designs, and curing
requirements.
·
Coordinate
delivery, storage, and installation of precast elements with the site team.
·
Supervise
the erection and alignment of precast members to ensure compliance with
tolerances and safety standards.
·
Provide
technical support to clients, site engineers and contractors during
installation if precast supply only. If
installation is included in scope, monitor installation and quality on site as
per need.
·
Maintain
records of production, testing, and installation progress.
·
Prepare and
submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports but not limited to
production report. Including manpower
and material analysis reports.
·
Assist in
preparing as-built drawings and turnover documentation
· To perform other task assigned by Superiors wherein he/she can assist various ECPD group when available including laboratory/CBP works if needed
Technical Competencies and Skills
AUTOCAD SKETCHUP/3D CAD COSTING/BUDGETING ESTIMATE CAN SUPERVISE MANPOWER (STAFF) EFFECTIVELY AND EFFIECIENTLYEducation, Trainings and Licenses Required
Graduate in Engineering/Architecture (License is a plus but not required)
