F&B Service Attendant (La loca)

The F&B Service Attendant is responsible for providing efficient and personalized food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role supports daily restaurant and banquet operations by delivering quality service, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction in accordance with Quest Plus Conference Center Manila's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed.
  
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and procedures.
  
• Set up, clear, and maintain tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  
• Ensure proper handling of guest requests, concerns, and feedback.
  
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the outlet and service areas.
  
• Assist in buffet, banquet, and event setups, including replenishment of food and beverage items.
  
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
  
• Handle guest transactions and billing procedures when required.
  
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
  
• Support upselling initiatives and promote outlet products and services.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism, or any related course is an advantage.
  
• Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, banquet, or food service operations is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and basic dining etiquette.
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
  
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
  
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
