The Treasury Associate is responsible for supporting the company's treasury operations by ensuring accurate processing of cash transactions, monitoring of cash positions, bank reconciliations, and timely execution of financial activities. This role assists in maintaining effective cash management, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures at Filinvest Hospitality Corp.
Job Summary
- Assist in daily treasury operations, including cash monitoring, fund transfers, and payment processing.

Prepare and process bank transactions, check payments, and other treasury-related documents.

Monitor daily cash positions and assist in maintaining sufficient funds for operational requirements.

Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies between bank records and company records.

Maintain accurate records of cash transactions, deposits, and financial reports.

Coordinate with internal departments and external banking partners regarding treasury-related concerns.

Assist in managing accounts payable and payment schedules to ensure timely settlement of obligations.

Support the preparation of treasury reports, cash flow monitoring, and financial summaries.

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Assist in process improvements related to treasury procedures and cash management activities.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, or any related business course.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance operations, or related field.

Knowledge of banking transactions, cash management, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Familiarity with accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism.

Can work independently and manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
