Job Summary

The Vendor Management Associate handles day-to-day coordination with existing vendors, ensuring accreditation compliance, accurate documentation, and smooth operational engagement. The role supports vendor governance by monitoring performance, tracking issues, and assisting with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and accredited vendors, handling day-to-day coordination, follow-ups, and administrative concerns.
  • Assist in ensuring continued compliance with FDC Vendor Management accreditation requirements, including tracking renewals and document completeness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contracts, contact details, service scope, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate vendor-related concerns with internal teams and escalate issues or risks to the immediate superior as needed.
  • Support vendor performance monitoring and assist in the coordination and documentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key vendors.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time, in line with business needs and strategic priorities.

    Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

    Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Management, or related field 1–2 years’ experience in vendor coordination, operations, administration
