Land Acquisition Head

Job Summary: The Land Acquisition Head shall focus on the study for asset acquisition through purchase, joint venture, long-term lease, or whatever structure may be applicable. He/ She shall present to management the documentation on the properties and its financial aspects and further study on the existing rawland to maximize assets.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. ACQUISITION

• Focus on acquisition efforts either through purchase, joint venture, long term lease, or whatever structure may be applicable
• Develop presentation materials for prospects highlighting Filinvest Alabang Inc. projects
• Develops initial project concepts and provide support in conducting feasibility studies
• Manage raw land brokers and attend to landowners directly offering properties
• Maintain the raw land offers database in excel and google earth formats.
• Gather and tabulate basic information and documentation on the properties for acquisition
• Trigger evaluation reports from survey and planning
• Coordinate with project development and finance and be able to prepare basic conceptual project parameters and financials
• Runs financial analysis to support management decision on short- and long-term business strategies
• Obtains relevant government permits, licenses and clearances for the project

EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:

1. College Graduate, preferably Bachelor in Business Management, Real Estate Management or equivalent

2. At least 15 years of related work experience in real estate
