Job Summary

The Digital Content Creator – Photos is responsible for the creation, design, and execution of static and GIF materials for social media platforms and digital advertisements. This role plays a key part in developing materials for corporate, national, and regional digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and engaging visual storytelling. The creator will collaborate with the marketing team to produce launch materials, regional assets, and other digital requirements based on availability.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

1. Content Development & Design (50%)

  • Create high-quality static images, GIFs, and other visual content tailored for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok) and digital ads.
  • Ensure all digital assets align with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Develop visual content for corporate and national digital campaigns, ensuring timely execution.

2. Campaign Asset Development (25%)

  • Work closely with marketing and branding teams to conceptualize and design materials for product launches, promotions, and regional campaigns.
  • Customize materials for different digital placements, including website banners, email campaigns, and paid media ads.
  • Adapt designs to meet platform-specific best practices and optimize performance.

3. Collaboration & Project Coordination (15%)

  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand campaign goals and target audience needs.
  • Work with external vendors, photographers, or stylists when necessary to enhance visual output.
  • Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and competitors to ensure fresh, engaging designs.

4. File Management & Quality Control (10%)

  • Organize and maintain a digital library of creative assets.
  • Ensure final materials meet quality standards, are optimized for digital formats, and comply with platform specifications.
  • Conduct revisions and enhancements based on feedback from marketing teams and key stakeholders.

 

Technical Competencies and Skills

Adobe, Canva, Social Media, Motion Graphics, Basic Photography and Editing, Familiarity with design trends, Multitasking

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Bachelor's Degree, Portfolio
