Job Summary

IT Systems Administrator Associate s to ensures the reliability, security, and optimal performance of the organization’s IT infrastructure through effective monitoring, maintenance, and backup operations. The role also delivers technical support for key business systems such as FREBAS, Business Central, and IFCA to maintain seamless operations and high system availability

Duties and Responsibilities

Server Administration and Configuration

Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux)

-       Manage server roles, services, and system settings to ensure optimal performance and security

-        Apply OS updates, firmware patches, and security configurations according to policy

     Active Directory and DNS Management

-        Manage Active Directory (AD) including user accounts, groups, organizational units, and policies

-        Maintain and update DNS records, ensuring proper resolution and system connectivity

-        Enforce group policies and security permissions to meet organizational standards

System Monitoring and Maintenance

-        Monitor servers, network devices, and services using Zabbix

-        Perform preventive maintenance, patching, and firmware updates on servers and critical infrastructure

-        Identify and resolve recurring system alerts and performance issues

Backup Monitoring

-         Manage and monitor backups using Arcserve Backup Solution

-         Perform regular backup verification and quarterly restore tests

-        Ensure compliance with defined RTO and RPO targets for all critical systems

Server Security and Compliance

-        Implement and maintain endpoint protection, antivirus, and system hardening measures

-        Conduct user access reviews and enforce proper permissions for servers and applications

-        Assist in addressing audit findings and maintaining compliance with IT policies.

Application Support 

-        Provide system-level support for core business applications like FREBAS, Business Central, and IFCA

-        Coordinate application updates, patching, and troubleshooting with vendors and application owners

-        Maintain updated documentation and system configuration records for all supported applications

Technical Competencies and Skills

Server Administration, Active Directory & Identity Management, Basic Networking Fundamentals

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related fields
